This article examines issues of state sovereignty in the process of recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign state courts. The article analyzes the principles of international law and national legislation. The principle of sovereign equality of states as well as the relationship between recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions is also explored. As a result of the study, modern trends and problems of protecting state sovereignty in the process of recognition and enforcement of foreign court decisions were identified.
