In the field of philology, great attention is paid to improving the professional skills of specialists in foreign languages. Innovative research is being conducted on the introduction of information and communication technologies into the educational process in the development of scientific competencies. It is necessary to develop the communicative competence of students in teaching foreign languages. Scientifically based improvement of technologies for assessing the level of development of foreign language skills. In recent years, great attention has been paid to the in-depth study of the English language in our republic. It is necessary to start training in the necessary specialties and improving the qualifications of personnel on a large scale. One of the important components of the educational process is regular assessment of acquired knowledge. Development of students' linguistic competence in teaching English. Knowledge of a foreign language is not specifically tested, as it is learned as part of a skill. It is necessary to take into account the acquisition of language material and the characteristics of the development of speech skills.
