This article analyzes issues focused on foreign experience and some of its features in the development of legal consciousness and increasing legal culture in the process of professional development of teachers working in the public education system. Recommendations are given for the introduction into the educational process of foreign methods of increasing the legal consciousness and legal culture of school teachers in the process of professional development by using foreign experience in advanced training of educational institutions to improve the legal culture of students in the process of professional development.In the process of advanced training, conclusions are given about improving the legal culture of the student.
