INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION ON INTERNET JURISDICTION ISSUES: TRENDS IN LEGAL NORMS UNIFICATION AND PROSPECTS FOR THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN'S PARTICIPATION IN GLOBAL REGULATORY MECHANISMS

The article is devoted to the study of international cooperation mechanisms in the field of regulating cross-border Internet relations and the prospects for unification of jurisdictional norms in the global cyberspace. The paper analyzes existing international conventions, regional initiatives, and multilateral projects aimed at resolving jurisdictional conflicts on the Internet. Special attention is paid to the role of international cooperation in overcoming the limitations of national regulation and ensuring effective cross-border law enforcement. Proposals are formulated for the development of international legal mechanisms and enhancing the participation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the processes of global harmonization of approaches to determining jurisdiction in cyberspace.
