Tez oʻzgaruvchan global savdo tizimi sharoitida mamlakatning Jahon savdo tashkilotiga (JST) aʼzo boʻlishi xalqaro iqtisodiy jarayonlarning shakllanishida muhim rol oʻynaydi. Oʻzbekiston JSTga aʼzo boʻlishga faol intilayotgan va oʻz savdo siyosati va meʼyoriy-huquqiy bazasini JST talablariga muvofiqlashtirayotgan mamlakatning yorqin namunasidir. Ushbu maqolada Oʻzbekiston ichki bozorini insofsiz amaliyotlardan himoya qilish uchun zarur boʻlgan savdo himoyasi choralar, shu jumladan antidemping va kompensatsiya bojlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, JST va Oʻzbekiston qonunchiligi doirasida ushbu chora-tadbirlarning taʼrifi va qoidalari koʻrib chiqiladi, sezilarli farqlar va ularning Oʻzbekiston savdo siyosatiga taʼsiri taʼkidlanadi. Yevropa Ittifoqi amaliyotidagi misollar ushbu himoya choralarini qoʻllash bilan bogʻliq qiyinchiliklarni koʻrsatib, Oʻzbekiston uchun JSTga aʼzo boʻlish yoʻlida eng yaxshi amaliyotlarni moslashtirish zarurligini taʼkidlaydi.
