Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston fuqarolik huquqida sun’iy intellektning huquqiy maqomini aniqlash masalasiga bag‘ishlangan. Muallif tomonidan “sun’iy intellekt” tushunchasini aniqlash bo‘yicha ilmiy yondashuvlarni tahlil qilingan hamda muallif o‘z shaxsiy ta’rifini taklif etgan. Maqolada sun’iy intellekt fuqarolik huquqining subyekti va obyekti sifatida tasnifi ko‘rib chiqilgan va mavjud yondashuvlar tahlil qilinib, ularning kamchiliklari ko‘rsatilgan. Shuningdek, “elektron agent” nazariyasi ham o‘rganilgan. Ushbu maqolani yozishda muallif nafaqat O‘zbekiston milliy qonunchiligiga, balki rivojlangan davlatlarning xalqaro tajribasiga ham tayangan. Xulosa sifatida sun’iy intellektning fuqarolik huquqiy maqomini aniqlash uchun uning dinamik tabiatini inobatga olgan holda kompleks tahlil zarurligi ta’kidlanadi.
