ANALYSIS OF LEGAL GUARANTEES FOR ENSURING THE LABOR RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

The article provides a detailed analysis of the labor rights of persons with disabilities and their legal guarantees. As is known, on 07.07.2021, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities was ratified by the Republic of Uzbekistan. The ratification of this international document has increased attention to persons with disabilities in our country. In this sense, the attitude of employers to the issue of employment of persons with disabilities has also changed in a positive direction.
The article also provides a legal analysis of the benefits for persons with disabilities established by the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If we pay attention to the legislation on the rights of persons with disabilities, we can see in Article 42 of the law the norms related to ensuring the labor rights of this category of persons.
