O‘zbekiston Respublikasining atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish sohasidagi Espo konvensiyasi hamda Uzoq masofalarga transchegaraviy havo ifloslanishi to‘g‘risidagi konvensiyaga (CLRTAP) qo‘shilishi iqlim omillarini atrof-muhitga ta’sirni baholash jarayonlariga integratsiya qilish hamda iqlim o‘zgarishiga moslashish bo‘yicha milliy mexanizmlarni mustahkamlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy xulosalari O‘zbekistonda ekologik xavflarni kamaytirish va tabiiy resurslardan barqaror foydalanishni ta’minlashda samarali huquqiy mexanizmlar hamda davlat siyosatining muhimligini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, O‘zbekiston Parij kelishuvini amalga oshirishda muayyan taraqqiyotga erishgan bo‘lishiga qaramay, uning implementatsiyasida, xususan Milliy moslashuv rejasini ishlab chiqish borasida, sezilarli bo‘shliqlar saqlanib qolmoqda.
