Maqolada Jahon Savdo Tashkilotining tovarlar va xizmatlar savdosi boʻyicha bitimlaridagi shaffoflikni taʼminlashga qaratilgan asosiy majburiyatlarga oid normalari koʻrib chiqiladi. Jahon savdosini rivojlantirish uchun shaffoflik omilining ahamiyati hamda xalqaro savdoni milliy va koʻp tomonlama darajada tartibga solishda shaffoflikni taʼminlashning asosiy mexanizmlari, shuningdek, Jahon Savdo Tashkiloti aʼzolarining ushbu sohadagi asosiy majburiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Bunda Oʻzbekistonning Jahon Savdo Tashkilotiga aʼzolik boʻyicha muzokaralarda shaffoflikka oid majburiyatlarining oʻziga xos xususiyatlariga alohida eʼtibor qaratiladi. Jahon Savdo Tashkilotiga aʼzolik bosqichida Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi milliy qonunchiligiga tashkilotning shaffoflikni taʼminlash hamda xabardor etish tartib taomillariga oid normalarini implementatsiya qilish masalalari tahlil qilinadi.
