This article examines the methods of evaluating the indicators of commercial banks in the context of rating activities. Financial and non-financial metrics are considered, including capitalization ratios, return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), customer satisfaction level, service level, quality of risk management, and the level of corporate governance. Particular attention is paid to the application of these methods in the context of Uzbekistan, where specific recommendations are proposed to improve the assessment of bank indicators and enhance their rating.
