The goal of building a democratic and legal state of the Republic of Uzbekistan was to fully guarantee the rights and freedoms of everyone living in the country. For this, first of all, its legal basis, i.e. the Constitution of the Republic was adopted in Uzbekistan. This article analyzes the adoption of the First Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the historical need for it.
