The article presents scientific research on improving communicative competencies based on a foreign language in technical higher educational institutions, teaching oral speech concepts, developing their professional activity and initiative, improving communicative relations between teachers and students, and developing communicative skills. In addition, the improvement of the model of independent learning of students is aimed at clarifying the content, forms and means of independent learning activities.
