It is known from history that higher educational institutions were one of the main centers of science in all countries. If a higher education institution opens in a certain region, a broad path for the development of science certainly opens up there. In particular, in connection with the transition to a market economy during the years of independence of Uzbekistan, the creation of a higher education system that corresponds to new socio-economic conditions has become a requirement of the time. Higher education plays a very important role in the socio-economic and cultural development of every country. The standard of living and development of higher education institutions helps determine the state of cultural development in a particular country.
