ON SOME PROBLEMS AND METHODS IN CREATING THE ANCIENT ETHNIC HISTORY OF CENTRAL ASIA

The article shows the advantages of an integrated approach to the study of ancient history, in addition to the archaeological method, methods of paleoanthropology and ethnology, using the example of the archaeological study of the settlement of Sapallitepa and Dzharkutan. Due to the lack of group burial customs in primitive archeological complexes, the anthropological material obtained by the discovery of one or two graves does not provide such a reliable, good material in determining the type or type of man. Because the most important aspect of determining the physical type is the abundance of this anthropological material as a guarantee of its level of reliability. Similar issues are analyzed in this article.
