In this article, socio-economic development, investment activity, income efficiency, cost of capital, investment activity, the period of the beginning of the investment cycle, the conditions for the formation of investment activity, investment authority, macroeconomic coefficients characterizing the propensity to invest, real investment resources, the results of investment activity are theoretically substantiated , financial statements of enterprises, foreign and foreign investments, indicators and criteria of investment activity.
