The theory and practice of modern sports, the Olympic movement and Olympic education have firmly included the concept of “Fair play” and the associated principles of behavior of athletes, coaches, spectators, and everyone involved in the world of sports. This article sets the task of clarifying the place of the specified concept and principles of “Fair play” in the concept of Olympism and in the Olympic education system. Also, some issues of implementing the “Fair play” principle in the modern legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on physical culture and sports are considered.
