Abstract

Competencies of independent work of teachers in the field of primary education, in teaching students in a certain subject or topic, organizing their productive activities, applying new and creative approaches, and themselves is an important topic aimed at achieving quality management of the educational process together with students. This article examines how teachers manage themselves for specific goals or tasks, solve problems and find, apply and develop new approaches, consolidate and share information, analyze and collaborate with the community, share experiences and includes the ability to account for results.
