PROSPECTS FOR THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM

The article analyzes the issues of introduction of artificial intelligence in judicial practice. A detailed analysis of normative-legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the issues of digitalization, in particular in the judicial sphere, is made. Based on the study of foreign practice in the use of artificial intelligence in legal practice, namely the judicial sphere, formulated adequate conclusions on the positive impact of algorithmicization, it is noted that the introduction of artificial intelligence in legal proceedings, will significantly reduce the time of consideration of complaints, easing the burden of judges, as well as contributes to ensuring equal access to justice. However, along with the positive impact, there are also challenges and risks of implementing this practice, which this paper aims to identify and address.
