This article examines the concept of competence in the integration of education and upbringing, its importance, the need to develop a mechanism for “organizational education” in modern educational processes and, above all, in the harmony of education and upbringing − when communicative competence increases in accordance with local historical traditions, its effectiveness becomes positive. There are also opinions that it is necessary to place special emphasis on the concept of organizing “educational training".
