This article discusses the issues of improving the system of improving the efficiency of investment risk management in Uzbekistan. In the modern conditions of the development of the economy of Uzbekistan, for many enterprises there is economic uncertainty in the assessment of innovation and investment activities, this article is devoted to the analysis of risk reduction factors in investment and innovation activities through risk management. Proposals on risk management of investment projects and their analysis have been developed and given.
