Abstract

This article explores strategies to stimulate entrepreneurship for enhancing the standard of living in Uzbekistan, drawing insights from domestic challenges and foreign experiences. Through a comprehensive analysis of the entrepreneurial landscape, key obstacles such as limited access to finance, skills gap, and technology adoption issues are identified. Leveraging foreign best practices, recommendations are proposed, including regulatory reforms, financial inclusion measures, entrepreneurship education initiatives, and innovation ecosystem development. By implementing these recommendations, Uzbekistan can cultivate a supportive environment for entrepreneurship, driving economic growth and improving the quality of life.
