The use of digital technologies in all sectors of the world is rapidly developing. As a result, in this process, not only socio-economic and cultural norms are changing, but also human thinking and spiritual and moral requirements are changing due to informationization. It is of scientific and practical importance to study the issue of informational ethics related to the formation of the system of moral and ethical imperatives and values that can withstand any negative changes occurring in today's fast-paced world. The beginning of a number of initiatives to study the ethical, legal and social aspects of the principles of information ethics also shows the relevance of studying the problems of this field.
