The importance of research on the development of tourism services in the world, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the state and development trends, on the determination of its achievements and shortcomings, on the determination of future possibilities of the industry, on strengthening the role of training qualified personnel and increasing the employment of the population is increasing day by day. From this point of view, in this article, the models of foreign countries for training and ensuring employment of qualified personnel in the field of tourism are analyzed and recommendations are offered for solving the existing problems.
