It is important to analyze the theoretical aspects of how punishment has a strong impact on a person's life, forcing him to refrain from immorality and offenses in the future. This article is based on the need to study and investigate the problems of the mental state of the punishable person, changes in him, the impact on his family members, the attitude of others towards him, on the attitude of people towards him when he returns to public, i.e. to his former state.
