This article provides information about the development of dress design and its role in this period, how dress design has changed over the years, and words about regions. Ways of formation and development of terminology include socio-linguistic aspects, fashion, history of clothing, important stages of English history and language. In addition, this article defines a thematic group of terms related to dress design.
