SOME LEGAL ISSUES IN INFORMATION SECURITY

Abstract

Since the second half of the last century, information threats to the stability of the state and society have increased as a result of the development of information technologies, their novelty and complexity, the discovery of new types; such a difficult and alarming period, it was proposed to develop a law that regulates relations related to information security.In addition, this article analyzes the concept of information security, some issues related to information security, its impact on society, as well as some issues of legal regulation of problematic issues of ensuring information security. Furthermore, the development and implementation of modern measures to ensure information security in society are proposed.
