This article is devoted to lexicography, which is considered one of the important areas of the field of linguistics, and researches the lexicographic features of aviation terms in English and Uzbek languages. The article mainly deals with lexicographic aspects of aviation terms, their presentation in dictionaries and related problems. The article also reflects the scientifically based opinions and views of several linguists. Studying the problems of lexicology and vocabulary construction, drawing necessary conclusions through the analysis of given opinions and views, serves as a useful resource for independent scientific researchers and all language speakers.
