Abstract

In the digital age, cybercrime is emerging as a global problem, transcending traditional borders and jurisdictions. Cybercriminals take advantage of the unlimited capabilities of the Internet to create complex obstacles for law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute criminals. Jurisdiction is a major obstacle to solving these problems and complicates measures to protect citizens from online threats. This article attempts to explore the jurisdictional issues of cybercrime and their solutions.
