Both domestic and international financing sources are considered, along with the potential for integrating modern technologies into social protection processes. The analysis demonstrates that a comprehensive approach, including improvements to the tax system, development of microfinance, and strengthening international cooperation, is necessary to achieve sustainable development and reduce poverty.
