This article discusses the concepts of phraseologism and phraseological unit. Analytical thoughts are given by the author about how the use of the concept of phraseological unit acquires meaning in other languages and its significance today, by what name this concept is called among the people today. The structure and structural forms of phraseological units are also analyzed.
