The article discusses pedagogical, medical and biological types of control based on experimental data conducted in the countries of the Near Commonwealth of Independent States, specific corrective approaches to managing the training load using a rapid diagnostic control system aimed at assessing the functional state of children. athlete, training of athletes. The dynamic characteristics of adaptation mechanisms are analyzed in terms of reserve capabilities, as well as the performance of the cardiovascular and nervous systems. In the experimental group, positive dynamic changes in physical, functional and technical indicators were revealed with a fairly high effectiveness of correctional training loads on the athletes’ body (p<0.01).
