This article discusses the activities of the first mufti and judge of Uzbekistan, Ziyovuddin Khan ibi Eshon Bobokhan, and the beginning of the activities of the OQDN organization abroad. Due to the ulama who left our country and their unique contributions to the development of our religion, science and literature, the interest of the world scientists is huge. It was necessary to show his slogans and to mask his opinion that "religion is opium". In such a volatile political and social situation, the first mufti Eshon Babakhan ibn Abdulmajid Khan and his closest assistants Ziyavuddin Khan ibi Eshan Babakhan were a bridge between religion and the state. and brought the Muslims of Central Asia closer to their co-religionists in other parts of the world.
