This article presents the socio-philosophical mechanisms, activities, and history of strengthening public control in the early detection of crimes in the neighborhood. Also, in our country, public control over issues such as the existence of the spirit, the establishment of relations between people and families through the means of self-management of citizens in the form of a neighborhood, the possibility of restoring a socially just system of helping the most needy people opinions are expressed.
