Abstract

There are a number of processes that should be analyzed in the process of filing complaints by citizens and legal entities to constitutional judicial bodies. In this article, the deadlines for filing a complaint with the constitutional court, representative relations in the process of proceedings, state fees that must be paid to the court, circumstances that are the basis for reconsideration of the case considered in substance, consolidation of applications, appeal to the court issues such as the form of making have been analyzed in comparative legal terms.
