The authors of the article draw attention to the changes that are taking place in the investigative apparatus of the prosecutor's office, because the judicial power in the country is strengthening, and the training of investigative personnel has been transferred to the disposal of the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. At the same time, the degree of responsibility of investigators is increased, which causes a certain impact on the investigative function in the prosecutor’s office, which becomes a decisive function and influences the fight against crime.
