This article analyzes the possibilities of increasing the management efficiency of service enterprises through the use of modern information and communication technologies, shows the importance of this service in improving interaction with clients, reducing operating costs, and also provides for the automation of business processes. that by introducing technology, enterprises will be able to improve the quality of service and increase the level of competitiveness.
