ISSUES OF REGULATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW

In the article, the author describes intellectual property rights, protection of intellectual property rights and intellectual property relations in private international law, the principle of territoriality of intellectual property protection, issues of ensuring intellectual property protection in complicated relations with foreign elements, issues of improving intellectual property agreements in private international law and issues of improving national legislation in complex relations with foreign elements in intellectual property ownership are covered.
