In this article, by increasing the efficiency of using advanced educational technologies in teaching fine arts, by developing their professional competencies based on innovative educational technologies, and comprehensively developing elements of professional quality of future specialist teachers, the foundations of Problem-Based Educational Technology are laid. It consists in the fact that human thinking begins with solving a problem situation and ways to solve its problems are explained.
