Abstract

Article Artificial intelligence (AI) is devoted to the analysis of the main legal problems related to the protection of the results of intellectual activity created by the systems. Artificial intelligence the problems of recognition as an author and inventor are considered in the context of current copyright and patent law. Participation of scientists and practitioners AI the positions on the need to revise the legal regulation in the field of intellectual property, taking into account the development of technologies were considered. The author concludes that it is important to develop a balanced approach to the protection of rights to objects that create artificial intelligence, while protecting both the interests of artificial intelligence developers and compliance with the public interest.
