This article describes the history of the creation of the constitution and its importance in development. Also, that the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is a high example of the political and legal thinking of our people, that our state is a legal guarantee of a free and independent, peaceful and prosperous life without dependence on anyone, the establishment of a legal democratic state, a strong civil society Analytical data on the fact that it serves as a solid foundation are presented.
