Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the main issues related to the regulation of civil-legal objects in the draft of the new Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In accordance with the Concept of improving the new Constitution and civil legislation, the draft code is aimed at strengthening the legal framework for privacy, economic and social rights, legal protection of personal property rights. As part of this project, new norms such as the protection of privacy, personal image and honor, in particular, legal issues in the digital economy, crypto-assets, "green energy" certificates, and regulations regulating modern objects such as transplants were also introduced. Also, in the article, the importance of taking into account the experiences adopted in the advanced countries of the world in the provisions of the draft code is noted. In this regard, approaches to the regulation of intangible benefits, personal privacy and objects in the civil legislation of countries such as Russia, China, France, and Germany are presented. Based on the experience of these countries, it is noted that the rules of the project were developed in accordance with the socio-economic conditions and modern requirements of Uzbekistan.
