Khoja Ismat Bukhari, who made a significant contribution to the development of the literary environment of Movarounnahr, lived in the second half of the 14th century and the first half of the 15th century and gained fame in the art of speech - a great Sufi poet. In the thinker's socio-philosophical views, the relationship between the kingdom and the ruler, people and justice, enlightenment and ignorance, faith and belief, sharia and ethics, upbringing and education is interpreted in a unique way. In this article, the great thinker Khoja Ismat Bukhari's views on achieving spiritual perfection have been analyzed.
