This article examines the experience of foreign countries in environmental protection and investigation of environmental crimes, the number of which has been growing rapidly in recent years. In this regard, advanced scientific and technical methods and tools are widely used in countries such as Germany, Japan, Great Britain, and the USA. The article also focuses on the positive and negative aspects of mutual cooperation in the investigation and fight against international environmental crimes. The ecological situation in the region is important in the activities of the general population, and the role of law enforcement agencies in maintaining this situation in proper condition is great.
