Abstract

The article provides a brief analysis of the current legislation in the field of tourism in New Uzbekistan; opportunities and obstacles for the development of the tourism industry, strengths and weaknesses of the legislative framework, as well as external factors affecting this area were discussed. Based on SWOT and PEST analyses, issues of tourism development, increasing the country's tourism opportunities, attracting foreign investment and tourists were studied.
