The article is devoted to the analysis of the constitutional regulation of the triad in the historical twentieth period of development of Kazakhstan. The article examines the process of formation and emergence of the main elements of the constitutional system of the country, such institutions of state power, the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as mechanisms of legal control. The author explores the historical stages through which Kazakhstan passed, and how these changes were reflected in the constitutional regulation, as well as analyzes the impact of these processes on the political stability and legal system of the country. Special attention is paid to the interaction of the three branches of government (legislative, executive and material) and their role in building democracy.
