Abstract

This article discusses the topic "Issues of improving the marketing activities of organizations providing business education services." The development and implementation of effective marketing strategies for organizations providing services in the field of business education, the process of their adaptation to market conditions is of particular importance. The article analyzes the characteristics of business education services, the demand for them, and the changing conditions of the education market. The article also provides detailed information on innovative approaches to improving the marketing activities of organizations in the field of education, the use of new technologies, and marketing strategies necessary for successful operation in a competitive market. The issues of developing marketing communications of organizations, promoting the brand, improving the quality of customer service, and the effective integrated use of online and offline marketing tools are considered, as well as their practical significance
