Abstract

The works of the Hanafi jurist Musannifak (875/1470), who was born in what is now Iran, are closely linked to the legal traditions of Central Asia. Three of the four legal works he wrote were written in the form of commentaries on the works of our countryʼs jurists. By analyzing the scholarʼs legal works, one can obtain reliable information about the development of scientific contacts between the two regions in the 15th century.
