This article examines the political and diplomatic relations between the Uzbek Khanates and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century. The main focus is on the mutual cooperation that developed through correspondence, diplomatic missions, and military campaigns during the reign of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. It also analyzes the shared interests of both empires in their struggle against the Safavid state, the actions of Uzbek rulers such as Ubaydullah Khan and Abdulatif Khan, and the content of the Amasya Agreement. The article aims to highlight the role and importance of relations with the Ottomans in the foreign policy of the Uzbek Khanates.
