In the article, the author explains the importance and essence of reforms carried out in the spiritual and educational sphere, as well as social, economic and political factors at the current stage of development of New Uzbekistan. The significance of our unique and priceless cultural values in the development of the state and society was also analyzed from a scientific point of view.
