The systematic approach has made it possible to focus more on the nature and interdependence of relationships within a system, as well as the relationships between parts and the whole. By applying this approach to analyze systemic-structural relationships in society, it can be concluded that to describe society as a holistic entity, it is necessary to identify the type of relationships that reflect the characteristics of integrity and the specific features of the way integrity exists. In general, examining management activities within the framework of alternative approaches demonstrates that, in modern science, the object of management should be developed as an integrated global social system within the scope of systematic research.
